Blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.

What i am finding in meditation is concentrating on just being still and listening within. I am allowing thoughts to be what they are without engaging in them and then being fully aware and mindful of everything concentrating on the breath I am making a space with the thoughts and my Awareness. I am now becoming the observer and going beyond the thoughts to peace and silence. I do not know what the truth is going to be in that moment and so I am asking and then waiting in silence for the truth to appear.

There comes a point in awareness where one ceases from all action within and coming to rest with oneself as oneself truly is. Instead of embracing the Eternal be embraced. I can never embrace what God is being because God is infinite, but I can be embraced by his/her infinite love. As one strips away all that is not Self all of the outer trappins and becomes naked and empty of self then one can be clothed again this time with a garment of light that can identify ones true Self and Being.

Breathe in peace, breathe out peace, breathe in love, breathe out love, breathe in light, breathe out light, breathe in softness, breathe out softness. It is being empty one becomes filled. To be poor in spirit is to be empty and to be empty is to be filled. My mind is empty of any notion of a independent self or an I and as the mind is empty of anything or of any sense of separate I the I dissolves and one is reborn of the Holy Spirit.

One is born of flesh, one is born of blood and then one is born of the Spirit. When one is born of the Spirit one becomes the Knower and is no longer the thinker or the independent self. one now becomes the High Witness for the true Self and for what is being You.

No matter the path one takes to the Eternal within, when one reaches that place where Love and Wisdom awakens in You and as You. One must let go of everything up to that point and must now ask the Source with for all answers. One must now surrender everything to one's Source of being and in that moment be ye transformed, in that union with the Divine be ye embraced as One and Let that which is the Source be in you, be You, as You.

Once must continue in this matter until one Awakens fully from the illusion of a independent self and realizes the Infinite Self that he or she always was and is. One must go beyond all the words and definitions into the experience of the I am.
